How to Make a Pineapple Mango Kombucha Smoothie

pineapple mango kombucha smoothie

Step 1: Gather ingredients

Kombucha – any flavour of kombucha should work well with this smoothie, especially tropical and citrus flavours. Start with 1.5 cups of kombucha and add more as needed to help blend through the frozen fruits.

Pineapple – frozen* pineapple chunks. Pineapple is naturally very sweet with a fresh tropical flavour. Together with the carbonated kombucha, it makes an excellent refreshing drink for a hot summer day!

Mango – frozen* mango chunks. Like pineapple, mango is naturally sweet with a little bit of tang.

*If using fresh fruits instead of frozen, the consistency won’t be as thick so you may not need as much kombucha.

Step 2: Blend!

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend for about 30-60 seconds until completely smooth. Add more kombucha or stop to scrape down sides as needed to help it blend.

Pour into glasses and enjoy!
